Stop The Spread

The COVID-19 pandemic has created a public health crisis and continues to devastate our country’s economy. The pandemic has especially stricken down on our senior citizens and disproportionately impacted the African American and Hispanic populations due to the fact that many of them suffer from serious underlying health conditions and work in essential businesses which makes them more vulnerable to COVID-19.

Seniors, and those individuals with immunocompromised conditions, are at a much higher risk of exposure to the COVID-19 disease anytime they need to venture outside their home to a local supermarket or a pharmacy to obtain their groceries, medicine, and other essentials. Many grocery stores have poor ventilation systems which makes them a breeding ground for coronavirus, and in-store shopping makes the spread of coronavirus even more dangerous. Teens United has taken initiative in aiding these groups of individuals by providing an at-home delivery service that makes obtaining groceries and essentials a much safer process.

Keep them safe at home

By providing, contact-less, safe, and free home deliveries right to the doorsteps of our citizens, Teens United is keeping our senior citizens and those most impacted by the coronavirus safe at home while curtailing the spread of COVID-19 in our communities.
